I’m Barbara Sanchez—Mexican by heart, intuitive by nature, and a guide for those who feel something deep inside is shifting.

 

If you’ve ever felt emotionally burned out, lost in your own life, or disconnected from your truth… I’ve been there too.

My Story

 

I’m the youngest of five sisters, born into an emotionally turbulent home. My father’s strict authority and my mother’s inner battles taught me to strive and perform—while disconnecting from how I truly felt.

 

In my twenties, I experienced a wave of loss: first my grandmother, then my mother, and shortly after, the end of a long-term relationship. But instead of going inward, I chased success and stability, hoping they’d make me whole.

 

Then came the breaking point. A serious accident fractured my spine and hip—forcing me to stop. That pause became a threshold. I met my husband. I started therapy. I rediscovered the parts of me I had abandoned.

 

And eventually… I found the path that would transform my life: symbolic healing.

A Journey Through Symbols

 

I was introduced to deep psychological work and discovered the power of dreams, archetypes, and symbolic tools like astrology. Suddenly, my emotions made sense. My past had meaning. My soul had a map.

 

Later, I moved to the U.S.—and again, life cracked open. New motherhood, a new country, a new identity. It all triggered a profound wave of anxiety and disconnection. That’s when I found astrocartography, and with it, an understanding of how our inner world shifts with the outer.
